THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH

“And the great God has had mercy on us, and made these things known unto us that we might not perish; yea, and he has made these things known unto us beforehand, because he loveth our souls as well as he loveth our children; therefore, in his mercy he doth visit us by his angels, that the plan of salvation might be made known unto us as well as unto future generations.” (Book of Mormon Alma 24:14)

The eternal plan of salvation:

This work hereafter brings to remembrance or initiates the children of men in the express knowledge about Eternal plan of salvation. It manifests the origins of man even before the foundation of the world; and also the express purpose of life. It continues exploring the death and resurrection process; judgment and the final state of our soul in the mansions of heaven.

This work makes emphasis and explains by experience and by application the path towards salvation and exaltation in the highest kingdom in heaven by obedience to the principles of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the power; and by the gift of the Holy Ghost. It is also an inspiring and breathtaking relation of first hand supernatural spiritual experiences that attest in graphic detail about the sanctification and the transfiguration process by the power of God. These relations are intended to be a source of new or added knowledge, hope, comfort, encouragement and enlightment to the children of God. And to those who are seeking God earnestly in these perilous and uncertain times.

The Spirit of truth:

“Howbeit, when he the spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth, for he shall not speak of himself: but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak, and he will show you things to come.” (John 16:13-16)

Like many others that waste and wear their lives in the pursuit of truth for the amelioration of mankind, I have learned much in life from God by the spirit of truth. And much I have to say about what I have come to know bout God; and I am willing and able to do it, for I know God. And this I know of a surety, but not of myself. And it is that it is better to know God than just to know about him. Nevertheless, of the things that I know already about God I really do not want to write.

Early enough in this journey, as you may perceive, I have already encountered a paradox in my endeavor to write this work. For, most of the things I know are related to God. What shall I do then? And who shall help me to get out of this paradox? One thing I know with certainty; and it is that I want to say that I want to stop writing right here and right now, for I am anxious. I am anxious to learn by my own writing. What a predicament! Please God, share with me some light about what I really want to say, so that I do not confuse my readers.

In other words, I desire to embark in this work only as a scribe and not as the provider of the context, for I have similar expectations as those of the reader. I wish to be guided, genuinely uplifted, edified and satisfied; or perhaps empowered by new knowledge or trilled with new findings of these lectures.

In all reality, with a single aye to the honor and Glory of God and with utmost humility, I wish to invite the spirit of truth to take over and let God teach us line upon line and precept upon precept all what he will in this day and age according to our individual needs about the subjects at hand. I have faith and I know this is possible. I think inviting the spirit of God is a good always a good start.

I also desire from the Lord of heaven and earth to give us an original perspective about the plan of salvation and the sanctification process by his power in action in a way not before considered. I desire from him to utilize my mathematical inclinations to help me create or manipulate a sketch, a diagram or a standard chart or graph unto the world in a way satisfactory for those who truly seek after the truth by other non secular means.

I have faith and confidence that at some point in this writing the Lord will take over and show unto us the master of the universe that He is. I want you and I to be a witness of this experience as I have faith it will occur sometime before the end of this journey.

I ask the reader to please help me. Please exercise faith with me or believe that with the help from heaven I may accomplish this task in a satisfactory manner according to what I have said. This, I humbly request from the Lord our God, for both of our mutual benefit, so that we may all be edified. Also, that we may also witness and bear record of the manifestations of the powers of God.

“And we are his witnesses of these things, and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.” (Acts 5:30-32)

A Voice of Warning

A voice of warning:

Doubting the interposition of God changes the picture in our minds from a spiritual to a worldly one. If God does not have a strong presence in our lives, it is only reasonable to be fearful and to commune with the rest of the world about the things that could happen to us right before his coming. Thus, I also think that at the very minimum there should be a degree of preparation in us all to endure both physically and spiritually all or some of these great and dreadful things that have been prophesied.

Of the dreadful things such as catastrophes and cataclysm or war, famine, plagues or pestilence we have an idea already of what it takes to prepare ahead in order to attempt to survive. Or, whether it is worthy or not to even prepare at all because of the magnitude of the expected perils. One should do at least the very minimum in form of temporal preparedness or contingency.

One advantage of the great things about the day of the Lord is that we have been warned for over two thousand years already, and we have been given some instructions of what to do to be able to stand that great and dreadful day. Another great thing is that we are living in times of great knowledge and of information. Resources are available everywhere to helps us prepare for what is to come. We just have to stretch our hand and partake of such knowledge and information available to most if not all.

Thinking about what the human body can reasonably endure for days, weeks of months or even years in times of crisis, for instance, we know or at least have an idea about the essentials necessities of life. And, at the very least, some basic survival skills that should help us cope with chaos. This requires some degree of preparation in advance as well as lots of courage.

Many of us will not think twice when warned if imminent danger approaching to go and buy or do whatever it takes in order to be ready to attempt to endure any of the perils that will immediately anticipate the Lord’s coming. It is the survival instinct inside of us all that compels us to prepare and to be ready for almost anything.

A good food and necessities storage plan at home and an emergency back pack with survival needs for at least three days for each member of a family will be a good idea to have handy. This just in case the calamities of the last days happen today, tomorrow or even next week and we have to flee our residences. Hopefully, we will have more time than that to prepare if it is that we have not prepared already. But we should not be complaisant or procrastinators and wait until the last minute to do it. Or else, we will face utmost difficulties.

Now, what about our spiritual instinct? How do people prepare for life after life? What does it take for us to be able to endure the brightness of the presence of God both physically and spiritually? What is the plan of God in our behalf and how do we gather the essentials necessary to survive the brightness of his coming? What powerful changes are roughed upon us and what is needed form us to receive them? And by what means or miracles some are able to survive the coming of God in glory? The answer we may have had it long ago. It is entirely imbedded in the eternal plan of salvation and in the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the merits of his universal atoning sacrifice.

A GREAT SIGN IN HEAVEN

A great sign in heaven:

“And immediately there shall appear a great sign in heaven, and all people shall see it together. (Doctrine and Covenants Section 88:93)

What I am about to say or manifest unto the world, at first it may appear simply deceptive, yet it is not. It is my firm conviction that the Kingdom of heaven is here, and that the coming of the Lord is near, even at the doors. We are already past the eleventh hour. The world only talks about peace and security, after which a sudden destruction approaches. And the Lord said that he will come as a thief in the night in an hour which we think not. His coming in glory, agreeing with the scriptures, If thief come in the night, it is usually when people are asleep between the eleventh and the first hour of the night.

“BUT of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” (New Testament 1 Thessalonians 5:1 - 3)

There was growing confusion and distress in the world concerning the times and seasons anciently as it is today, The Lord our God saw fit to reveal and manifest add new knowledge concerning the cosmos unto the world. And Abraham, the patriarch and prophet of antiquity was the receptor of that knowledge and thus he became the greatest astronomer of all times. He then transferred his knowledge to the Egyptians and from them it sprang into the rest of the world.

That knowledge is as good today as it was then. The Lord our God manifested unto Abraham, among other things, his creations; and more particularly the computations of time between the heavens and the earth. According to the reckoning of time in heaven and on earth, One thousand years for us is one day unto the Lord.

Furthermore, it has been calculated by prominent scholars that from the time of the fall of Adam to the time of the birth of Jesus Christ there is a lapse of a little more than four thousand years. And that from the time of the birth of Jesus Christ until now we are is a little over two thousand years. This makes a full six thousand years and change indicating that we are now into the seventh millennium since the time of our first fathers, even Adam and Eve.

Therefore, if one day in the computation of time of the Lord is like a thousand years for us, we can calculate that we are at the beginning of the first hour of the last day. If we do the math by those standards, we can easily resolve that half an hour in the Lord’s time is about 22 years in our world; and that one hour for the lord is therefore 44 years of our time. So at anytime between this standing generation and the next we are due for the ever hoped event of all time, even the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ in Glory.

This day and age we already live in is part of that great and dreadful day so long feared or hoped for. I perhaps make it look too abstract, far away or enigmatic, but beware for it is not. In fact, the coming of the Lord is here already and it is happening right now in front of us but not before our eyes. We just cannot see it happening yet. How can something be if we cannot see it or sense you may ask? And the answer is: Because the vent of the coming of the Lord is a revelation. It is an exposure of space time of an event that is occurring but we have not yet seen. Let me explain and perhaps demonstrate.

Smile, for our picture is about or be taken. A picture taken by a camera as we know it is a revelation. We call it an exposure of a reality in space time. When a picture or a space time exposure is taken of us, the least thing we expect is the flash. Then, a little after, the picture is revealed unto us. We see ourselves sometimes with astonishment that it is an actual fact. The same thing is with the coming of the Lord. We know the click is coming; and when we least expect the brightness of his coming will call our attention or blind us; and then we will see the big picture in full development. And within a matter of hours the heavens will dissolve and roll together as a scroll and our world will change dramatically and chaotically and it will never be the same.

In other words, the coming of the Lord is like a brilliant star in a distant galaxy perceived by the naked eye of an observer from our frail planet. The light we see radiating from the star has traveled for many light years before reaching the retina of our eyes. But in effect, the star that we graciously see night after night may not exist or be there anymore. What we perceive then is what not long ago begun to arrive to the perception of our eyes. It is only the light of that long gone star. In the case of the Lord, his light has not reached us yet. But he is coming is already in motion. As a matter of fact he has been coming for over two thousand years now. And he is just about to arrive at any moment now.

Therefore, at the least expected moment we will see the heavens rolling like a scroll and sense the earth reeling to and fro wobbling like a drunkard precipitating upon us the great and dreadful events that have been prophesied will come to pass. Suddenly we will all wake up to the awful reality as if from as long and distant dream. We will be in a moment past and beyond fear unless we are left standing frozen by fear by the calamities at hand. And while the world is in commotion or going about its own business, the Lord will appear in the clouds for the astonishment and surprise of great and small. Even as a thief in the night as he prophesied it will be. And before we know it, we will be enveloped in the arms of his love or tormented by the brightness of his coming.

These words may appear superfluous and incredible. I know I may be saying things that eye has not seen and things that ears have not heard, but I do not only write, I can also show you that our frail planet and its companions as we speak are being swallowed up by a wormhole in space time. And that the stars of heaven are now rolling around our solar system as if we were going in a tunnel to un unknown destination in outer space. This is a hard thing to believe for it is far beyond our perception of the real world and its heavens. However, if we could see it happening right now with naked ayes, our peace will be snatched from our minds and our hearts. It may sound in our ears with a voice louder than that that will shake the earth. And then we will fall dead of the ground of astonishment or become frozen by fear squatting and covering our ears, our mouth and our eyes like the ancient mummies found in the heights of Peru. It would indeed be a horrifying scenario seeing all nature precipitate in chaotic convulsion.

We have not felt the impact yet for we are living in the period or lapse of calm before the storm. But soon we will realize this overbearing effect. In other words, the worst thing we fear is already happening. We just have to accept it and prepare for the turbulent impact and the chaotic aftermath. Before, I show you, I would like to prepare your minds a little by vouchsafing a well known scientific fact.

Science has proved it and nobody can deny that our planet is traveling around the sun at an enormous speed equal to or greater than 60,000 miles per hour. And we do not even feel it due to gravitation and our kind envelope of atmospheric pressure. If this is so why would it not be possible then, that our entire solar system is now traveling at an uncharted speed around the cluster of stars called the Milky Way galaxy and so forth?

I understand this presumption sounds too fantastic to be true or perhaps I am delusional. However, I was not the one who took the space time exposure in the illustration that you are about to see. It was a space lab in Tucson Arizona who happened to catch the fast acting phenomenon illustrated hereafter, which deserves more attention than the one given, for it, is indeed, the prelude of things to come or simply a great sign in heaven.

“And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.” (Old Testament Isaiah 34:4)

What we see in the illustration is the cylindrical motion of the stars around Polaris or the northern star. The scientists think it is a disc, but it is a three dimensional cylinder. The rotations of the stars or the trails we see are shorter nearing to the center giving the perception of depth. In a disc the sizes of the star light trails will al be the same as one perceives it in the outer rings. Therefore we are either going through or being swallowed up. Nonetheless whatever it is it is a very good illustration of what we should expect to see with the naked eye before the coming of the Lord.

This space time exposure was taken in 2006 by the Tucson Space laboratory, but it was released to the world sometime near the end in October 2007. The time will soon come when we will see these things develop before the naked eye. And in the very same manner the world will perceive the coming of the Lord in heaven, surrounded by an unnumbered concourse of angels.
If ye are prepared ye shall not fear:

“I tell you these things because of your prayers; wherefore, treasure up wisdom in your bosoms, lest the wickedness of men reveal these things unto you by their wickedness, in a manner which shall speak in your ears with a voice louder than that which shall shake the earth; but if ye are prepared ye shall not fear. (Doctrine and Covenants Section 38:30)

This work exists to help prepare the souls of the children of men for the great and dreadful day of the Lord. It, however, concentrates in the great and marvelous rather than the dreadful things to come.

The Lord said and it is written that if we are prepared we shall not fear. And believe it or not, it is also my understanding that if we are not prepared to meet God, we should rather fear the great things of the day of his glorious coming rather than the dreadful ones. Or, that the dreadful things will be a sweet walk in the prairie in comparison. For it is also written that great many will wish for the stones of heaven and the mountains to fall upon them and crush them rather than to see the face of the living God. It appears that the condition of this world is so dark in sin vengeance and abomination that some will fear more the fulgent brightness of the His coming than anything else including death.

As a sign reader rather than a sign seeker, I particularly enjoy learning about the wonderful and marvelous things about the great and dreadful day of the Lord. The rapture event at the coming of the Lord, among other things, is one thing that intrigues me the most. It is indeed wonderful to know that at the coming of the Lord in glory many will be lifted even from the grave and will be taken to meet God in the clouds at his coming. I suppose that the saints will be caught up in so great a joy even amidst of turmoil, for they are the ones that will be saved or will inherit eternal life. This is a great and marvelous thing! These are they who are more righteous and the ones that kept the commandments of God.

This rapture event also makes me think that the coming of the Lord at the beginning is only a revelation or an appearance. Many will ask whether it is a comet, a planet or a plain when they see him approaching and nearing unto us. In reality, I think that it is also us who are coming to him also; and it is us who will be truly be suspended in the clouds to meet him. Perhaps that is where we are going in space. Maybe this is the reason that the planet earth and its companions are in transit being swallowed up in a conglomeration of stars rolling like a scroll all around us.

The event of the rapture I cannot fully comprehend, yet it undoubtedly indicates that potent changes will be roughed; especially within the physical bodies of the people of God that will be caught up alive to meet Christ. For no one can endure the presence of God in all his glory in the flesh and live thereafter. Therefore a change in the physics of man’s body constitution has to be made in order for this lifting event to take effect. In sum, many will be lifted harmless while others will be in agonizing and painful anguish, not necessarily because of the catastrophes at hand, but because of the fulgor of the brightness of his coming. At this time in ignorance I wonder! What is so fearful about that?

THE GREAT AND DREADFUL DAY OF THE LORD

The Great and dreadful day of the Lord:

“Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:” (Old Testament Malachi 4:5)

The Lord desires that we all prepare to meet him. Many Christians in the world today are at the expectative of the wonders and the signs of his coming in glory. For after wars and rumors of wars then comes the sign of the Son of Man. But before that day the scriptures say, that the moon shall turn into blood and that the sun will refuse to give off its light. That the stars will be dissolved and the heaves shall roll like a scroll; and also that the earth shall reel to and fro as a drunkard. Many of us worried about the conglomeration of great and dreadful events that will precede the advent of Jesus Christ to know of a surety of his coming.

Concerning the great and dreadful day of the Lord, however, some people think that the decimating events that will cause the end of the world as we know it will be due to regional and global wars in its entirety by one or more individuals that are against or before Christ. Others think that the internal natural forces of the earth will convulse the surface of the earth creating world wide cataclysm. And others yet, think that the catastrophes at the end of the world will be cosmic in nature bringing about the crashing of worlds and therefore havoc on our frail planet.

I particularly think that the events that will precipitate the end of the world could very well be a combination of all these three factors in varying degrees. And since there is a pattern in all things, it entertains the possibility of a fourth factor also; or a set of great and dreadful events that we totally ignore could occur. It could be the factor of surprise. It could be anything we have not though of. It could be a marvelous work and a wonder, a strange act of god, something glorious that will manifest the potency and the divinity of God. It could be an encounter of the third kind.

If we think about all these things we can know the truth of what may or may not occur. For instance, you and I know these facts. In the world we have had wars and rumors of wars perhaps since the beginning of time or since the beginning of history. The prospect of wars is also increasing nowadays due to the factor of secret combinations and terror or other works of darkness. Therefore, the chances that there would be a war or combination of war perils right before or at the coming of the Lord are very high. There is no question or even a mystery about that.

Today also, we know about the intricacies of the earth more than ever before. We are learning that we have an increase in cataclysmic episodes from changes in the atmosphere due to global warming and other natural, or man made factors. These vicissitudes affect both sea and land. Furthermore, the tectonic movements of the internal mechanics of the earth are felt with more frequency that, it is very possible also that before or during the coming of the Lord we will also experience these things in regular or enhanced convulsion.

Still, there are things that we do not know about the internal structure of the world but with the technology at hand, whatever may take place could be, if not predicted, anticipated. Therefore, there is not much of a mystery in those things to fear either.

Nowadays also, for nearly two thousand years we have endured cosmic peace in our planet. We have not had any significant cosmic or extraterrestrial disturbances in the world or in the solar system of massive proportions. In simple view and dedicated observation it is unlikely that something of that sort will happen anytime soon. Yet, it has been often demonstrated that when really bad things start to happen, they pour.

Adversity attacks from all angles. Perhaps we are also due for some major changes of this cosmic character that we ignore and that may affect the order of the solar system. And therefore, these vicissitudes may cause cosmic havoc in the world changing even our notion and our perception of reality. Therefore, it is also possible, although unlikely, that things of this nature may also take effect during the coming of the Lord in Glory.

I am leaning towards cosmic disturbances more than the other previously noted factors; which is in simple view, cosmic catastrophes are the least evident to occur at the end of the world or before the coming of Christ. Yet, the vehement mechanisms of the cosmos and the time structures thereof are truly unknown. There is at mystery imbedded in cosmic things that may incite us to a degree of fear a bit more than the other explained dreadful factors. But can we really fear a mystery or it is just the unknown? And last but not least, we also have the element of surprise. God can choose whatever he desires to manifest as a prelude of his coming. It is his heaven and earth after all. These things could be both great and terrible.

Nonetheless, whatever the causes of these vicissitudes that may incite a greater or lesser degree of fear in us, it is curious to note that most of us only concentrate, for the most part, in the dreadful things, rather than the great things of the day of the coming of the Lord. Fearful or not as these things do appear to be, perhaps, there is little that a great many of us can do to avert these, man made, natural or cosmic catastrophic calamities unless we fully repent and come unto Christ.

Many also thing that we are here to stay for a very long time and many also thing that the Lord delays his coming and other just believe that the prophets that spoke about the calamities that will engulf the world were only delusions and that those set of beliefs o traditions are of no effect in our day and age.

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.” (New Testament 2 Peter 3:9 - 10)

THE EXISTENTIAL VACUUM

“And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” (Old Testament Daniel 12:3 - 4)

Today, we are living in the dispensation of the fullness of times. This is a prodigious era where a restoration of all things is taking place for better or worse. Undoubtedly, these are the crucial times in the history of mortal existence, where the delta of the river of life concentrates its vast of volume of knowledge in our age. And the mysteries of all ages concerning scientific, philosophical, and religious aspects are being unfolded and clarified before our eyes in the essence of truth fullness and purity.

In this rapidly changing and advancing age there are many of the Lord’s children in the world today who are running to and fro seeking a stable anchor and a safe channel. They are in search of light, truth, knowledge and understanding concerning our existentialism. They seek the truth earnestly in all places, especially among all religions and denominations, but they do not know where to find it.

Many people also live in fear of the unknown. It is the old dilemma of uncertainty concerning the prospect of futurities. This is a state of emptiness in life or a sensation of uncertainty that creates fear and anxiety. This is what has been denominated by the world as the existential vacuum. This is a void or state of meaningless in the lives of a great many people which is growing rapidly even like a disease.

We cannot deny that nowadays, a great many of us are gazing upon the perils of the world and the stakes that are at hand. Many, especially among the youth, have raised the question or concern whether or not they would live long enough to get married and to have children or to pursue a formal education. To some, having children in this day and age is even out of the equation. The source of fear is subconscious and not certain and the anxiety appears to be increasing also. We do not know if it is death we fear or the prospect of death. Or even, the thing we fear the most is perhaps the prospect of life after death.

It is difficult to talk consciously about God and the fears that we have concerning the issues of life and death especially with an educated person. The nodding, the pressing of the lips and the lack of thoughtful interest in these subjects must recede sooner or later, for we cannot wander forever to and fro in uncertainty and expect to find the peace of mind and settlement of life that we are longing for. We have to take courage and take a step or two into the darkness of the unknown or the things that we cannot comprehend in order to transcend above the pit of emptiness. It is imperative that we realize that beyond the knowledge of most people there is an absolute and an undeniable certainty towards which we should all project ourselves. That certainty is the truth of al things.

The truth is the knowledge of things as they are; things as they have been and things as they are to come. That certainty is the truth about God. God said in the Holy Scriptures and we all may be aware of it, that he is the same yesterday today and forever. Therefore, he is the only one that knows all things past, present and future. And he is also the only one that can lead us to the knowledge of all sciences and to the understanding of the behavior, potency and essence of the universal reality of all things. But in order to know the truth of all things we must first know God.

To know God is better than just knowing about him. To know him is to have a conscious understanding of his existence, his person, his attributes, his potency, his excellence and his divinity. And if God is the truth and the truth is God, to know the truth one must recognize that there is a pattern of organization in the reality of all things. All things appear to revolve around four factors of organization at all times.

For instance, we know that there are four fundamental forces in the universe. These forces are gravitation, electromagnetism, the strong nuclear force and the electroweak nuclear force. In the pattern of organization of life, we know that all living organisms first, they are born; second, they grow up; third they multiply and fourth, they die. In semantics we have the four factors of bad, good, better and best.

In everyday life we also have the notion of nothing, small, medium and large. And there are also four cardinal points that give us the notion of direction which are North, South, East and West. In quantum physics or the nuclei of matter we also have four factors. Inside an atom there is space time or antimatter, protons, neutrons and electrons. In the prism of light we have four factors of color which are the absence of light itself and then the three primary colors red, yellow and blue. In written languages we also have four factors of communication; these are letters, words, sentences and paragraphs. Even within sentences themselves we have four factors which are: simple sentences, complex sentences, compound sentences and compound complex sentences. In ancient times also, people believed that everything in the universe was also made of four factors which are earth, water, fire and wind.

Thus with ease we can reason and understand that there is a patter of organization in all things. With these and many more examples we can reasonably establish that there, not only two or three, but four factors playing a roll in the reality of all things. And if this is a universal principle of pattern logy, there must also be a pattern to come to the true knowledge of God.

If we really want to know God and therefore the truth of all things, we must also follow the established pattern. Only then we can begin to grasp and understand the world we all live in. And believe it or not the pattern to know God is simple and it also has also four basic steps.

In order to know God, first we must exercise faith in him, for without faith it is impossible to please him. He desires to believe that he is and exists and that he does all that he says he does. Second, we must repent of all of our sins. Repentance is a gift from the almighty for believing in him. It is feeling sorry, confessing, and forsaking our sins with a broken heart and a contrite spirit.

Sorrow is the only way that God can give us individual understanding that any degree of sin is an impurity that separates us and make us unworthy of the company of his presence. And therefore he is indicating or telling us that nothing impure dwells in his presence. He does not look upon sing with the least degree of allowance. How then, are we to know God if we are separated from him by sin. We have to somehow become clean, sanctified or purified in one way or another before we can expect to know God. This assertion leads us to the third factor or step.

The Third step towards the true knowledge of God is that we must be baptized for immersion for the remission of sins. This is a symbolic act that shows unto him that we are humble enough and willing to keep his commandments. In fact baptism is a covenant or a bilateral agreement between him and the individual. Therefore this is our part of the deal.

And the forth and last step is the reception of the Holy Ghost. This is an ordinance that we have to receive also. In this step or beyond God does his part by baptizing us with fire and of the Holy Ghost. And depending in our sincerity, obedience and worthiness the Holy Ghost will fall or descend upon us bearing record of the true existence of God and also of the truth of all things. Thus that is how we know for a fact that there is a God without any room for doubt. Knowing is beyond belief, for one can no longer believe in a thing that one knows with absolute certainty.

Thereafter, according to our intellectual abilities, vocations and disposition, the Holy Ghost as a constant companion will help us and guides in the path towards the kingdom of heaven. And he will also help us to prepare in all things in order to meet him and not become obliterated by the brightness of his coming.
